New Fire Pit

We are having a holiday party on Friday.  So Dave thought a fire pit would be nice for people to stand around to keep warm.  It could be an extension of our house.  We tried it out tonight.  It is very cozy.  I think we all had a good time.  Except for Sloane.  She pooped out early.

For Thanksgiving, we went to Flagstaff to spend the day with Grandma and Grandpa.  While we were there, the kids helped decorate their Christmas tree.  Then, before we left today, we celebrated Sloane's and Pap-pa Gary's birthdays.  Sloane's birthday is December 11th and Pap-pa's is November 30th.  Happy Birthday to you both!!!

The Polar Express

Grandma and Grandpa from Flagstaff treated us to The Polar Express on Friday night.  Williams, Arizona recreates the story The Polar Express every year for children of all ages to experience first-hand what it might have felt like for those in the story.

Family time

Today we just hung out after dinner and watched a movie together.  I love it when Dave can relax.  Lately work has been all consuming for him.  So when we are lucky enough to steal a few moments with him, we feel blessed.
