Sloane loves to take pictures.  Here a some of her photos she took last night.

Pottery making

We had our second pottery class two weeks ago.  And today we are here to paint our masterpieces.  Sloane made several happy face discs and a stalk of broccoli.

I even got in on the fun this time and made my own masterpiece.  I is a kitty water bowl.  It turned out really cute.  But it wasn't what I envisioned.  

Quinn made a turtle bank.  He worked really hard on this and it turned out awesome!

Arizona Mystery Castle

We went to the Mystery Castle today with our Gamer friends.

There were all kinds of crazy things in this place

Looks like they fixed a broken pane of glass by mosaicing it.  Very creative.

One of the rooms was called the Saguaro room.  At the time this house (castle) was built, this Saguaro was living.  

This was a mantle on one of the fireplaces.

We went for a walk to Walton Park today and Sloane practiced hanging and getting up on the bar...

Then Quinn and Sloane found worms in the wet soil.  With all this rain we have been getting, the worms come out for a bit of sun.  The kids thought that was pretty neat.

Sloane got this wig for her Halloween costume and then never used it for Halloween.  But I LOVE it when she does wear it.  Woohoo!!
